Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (71H56AV)

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all

Has anyone perhaps encountered this type of strange behavior before, where on my Probook 450 G10, the HP Power Manager app does not keep the intelligent charging setting, under the battery management tab, turned on. I can open the app and select intelligent charging but by the time I have opened and closed the app again, it's turned off again. This is quite strange behaviour in my eyes. It never used to do this, as I used to have the small heart on my battery when the intelligent charging was activated.

I've tried reinstalling the software and checking the BIOS but everything appears ok there.

Any suggestions please?

Yes!

Looking at this forum, it seems to be broken for many people:

Good morning.

Many thanks for this. Strange that this is happening but let's hope that they fix it soon.
