DescriptionJoin our collaborative payroll team who values extensive communication and respect with clients through dedication and commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities:
Collect, compile and enter payroll data.
Update payroll records by recording changes, including insurance coverage, loan payments, salary increases and terminations.
Prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes, insurance and leave.
Address client’s pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information.
Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications.
Produce federal, state and local tax payments.
Prepare and submit W-2 and W-3 forms by appropriate deadlines.
Provide customer-focused interaction with clients via phone, email, and in-person communication.
RequirementsQualifications:
Prior payroll processing experience
