Another travel week wrapped up. This time I’m the beautiful Napa Valley 🇺🇸. I got to spend a few days with the global #okta leaders from various functions. We spent our time discussing short and long term plans, teaming, simulated learning and spent some time giving back through inspiring children into STEM. Not only are these events great to learn but I get double the value having candid conversations with cross functional global peers. Exchanging challenges and solutions that have worked and finding ways to reduce the distance through collaborative projects. Just wrapped up an exceptional Customer Success Enablement offsite in Sentosa Island Singapore! 🇸🇬Our team came together with incredible energy and curiosity, fostering a great learning environment. We focused on team building, increasing knowledge sharing, and honing practical skills to elevate how we make our customers successful and more secure. A massive thank you to Rachel Bamberg Michael Dy and Cath Laqui for organising this well executed offsite. Thank you Andrew Frank McKenzie and Matthew Nethercote for a great sessions on best in class practices and thank you to Ben Goodman who brought a view on the industry, customer challenges and enriching customer experiences. What I love about my job is the diversity I experience across our customer base and teams, in the last 4 weeks spending time with our Japanese, Australian and Singaporean customers. This last week I was in Singapore talking to customers about the AI in Business strategy when it comes to their cyber security strategy.
